Where are you based?
Official Hoverboards are physically based in Adelaide, Australia. Our office and warehouse are both here.
How long does shipping take?
Generally takes between 3-6 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. All Items are in stock and we process orders with in 24 hours, Mon - Fri.
What courier do you use and can I track my parcel?
We use AusPost and other carriers depending on the delivery address. Once your order is shipped a dispatch confirmation will be sent along with tracking details.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes, we accept returns on all new, unused items. They should be returned in their original condition with all items and accessories.
Please contact customer support in order to initiate a return request.
Please note for all successful returns, our original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Will I pay customs?
No.
All our prices are final and that is the price you will pay. Our products are shipped from within Australia.
About Hoverboards
Are your Hoverboards safe?
We at Official Hoverboards make sure ALL our products are SAFE & COMPLAINT. We have our products tested extensively to make sure they adhere to safety Standards.
Are Hoverboards Waterproof?
Hoverboards have sensitive electrical components inside along with a lithium battery which if in contact with water can cause the Hoverboard to function intermittently, function incorrectly or completely stop functioning at all.
We advise against using Hoverboards on any surface which is wet as this is a potential risk to causing water damage as Hoverboards are not Waterproof.
How long is the warranty?
We at Official Hoverboards provide a 12 Months Warranty with all our products. This warranty is with us and not any third party. Please see our warranty page for more details.
What is the minimum age requirement?
We believe there is no age too young or too old to use a Hoverboard. A minimum weight of 25KG is required to activate the gyros. We do however recommend that children under the age of 14 be supervised.
Safety gear should be worn at all times.
